ComFest 2013 Preview

The Communication Department once again welcomes the community, students, faculty, and staff to Com Fest 2013, a celebration of faculty and student research.  On the heels of last year’s standing room only event, this year’s event will take place in the Winter Park Plaza on October 16th from 6– 7pm.  This opportunity only comes around once a year, and this year will feature Dr. John Morrison and Yevgueni Vyskrebentsev, Dr. Anne Stone and Meredith Lax, Dr. Greg Cavenaugh and Elissa DiCampli, Dr. Ted Gournelos, in two collaborative efforts, one with Danae Zimmer and another with Courtney Banker.  In addition to sharing in the accomplishments of our students and faculty, this event will also offer an opportunity to learn more about Lambda Pi Eta, the academic honorary for communication, and Communiqué, the student public relations organization.  Students will be welcomed with treats and there will also be a drawing for gift bags.  Mark your calendars and don’t miss out.
