Battle of The Bands was the ultimate contest in which several bands competed for first place, their prize $300 and a plaque that would later be engraved with their name. After all the bands performed, there was a flower toss to determine fan favorite; the crowd selected Walking Blue. The judges then selected Nolia & The Ramblers as the winners.
